Met Alfonso a while ago and booked his 12 weeks training sessions as I’ve got a big shoulder injury which is much better right now. I have to say I have been doing gym stuff for several years now and never achieved anything else than injuries, actually I can say after 3 months working out with Alfonso I feel much better and I look fit, I’ve learnt how to train and how and what I have to eat to keep myself fit and healthy. Alfonso’s knowledge of training is exceptional I totally recommend him. I will keep going to his training sessions for sure.

I never knew where to even begin with a resistance/strength workout and had never stepped foot in the weights room. That combined with losing motivation after several weeks feeling I was not making progress on my own, I decided to enlist the help of Personal Trainer, Alfonso and went on his 12 week transformation program. We discussed modifying to 0-3 times a week of 20 minute HIIT training to avoid burning muscle and discussed focusing more on a resistance workout. As for my diet, I always thought I was relatively healthy but after a discussion with Alfonso I learned that eating smaller meals with the right combination of carbs, protein and vitamins would be highly beneficial. I won’t deny it but the first few weeks were difficult and my levels of energy were low after each session but as the weeks went on I noticed my fitness had vastly improved and I actually enjoyed going to the gym for a training session. From day 1 each workout was amazing as Alfonso pushed me to my limits and beyond. I was also impressed with Alfonso’s flexibility. Due to my work commitments I thought it would be difficult to fit in sessions with him but he made it possible that my workouts could be coordinated around my job.
